As you may know, the deadline for ePrescription filing in the state of Florida is February 28th which is rapidly approaching. If you have not already signed up for a service, we have put together a spreadsheet of some of the more popular options. It includes various pricing, integrations, and prescription types. It’s broken up into two different categories. The first category includes all the major practice management software companies and their option to write prescriptions directly out of the software. The second group includes the web portals that are independent of your practice management software. There are benefits of all options and they all vary in price and functionality. I have included links to the different companies so you can compare any features that may be more important to your practice. All of the vendors are approved by the FDA and will meet your basic needs. The rest of the decision is based off individual features you may or may not want.
